Hi, I’m Dr. Sterling. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor and primary care physician practicing in both Oregon and Hawaii. I love helping people reconnect with their health—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

My approach blends traditional healing wisdom with modern science. I take time to really listen, get to the root of your concerns, and work with you to create a care plan that fits your life and your goals.
